whether the assigned duties are completed on defined time or not. Such that it is the duty of the
project sponsor to take the right decision for the business and if they are not then the entire
communication or link between the team members is decline (Heldman, 2018). Therefore, it is
quite necessary for them to keep analyse their responsibilities and make sure that the work is
done in proper and effective way.

One concern is with respect to achieving timelines, such that it is one of the most

company and lenders such that by using Funding Agreement, that provides the funding of the
project and it contains the time and date on which the loan shall be available. It should be
completed so that there should not be any extra charge incurred by the company.
In Investment agreement which is signed in between the sponsor and project company for
equity investment by the project sponsor, it should be completed after finalising the project.
Apart from this, an inter creditor agreement should also be completed because it usually provides
