It can be suggest that the development of the sports is a great way to live a healthier life in terms of remain fit and fine. The current situation suggest that in today's world, it is very important to get rid of rising diseases, bad health, mental stress, overweight and other pandemic such as Covid 19 which can be occurred in some lot of ways. There are lot of environmental factors which has been also occurred and it gives a bad impact towards the people from which they have been suffered a lot (Uchida and et. al., 2019). The sports and development suggested that sports may or may not be able to keep fit but increases the competition level and sports teamwork so that motivation level will be much higher and it expresses a different energy to work with the best of ability.
