grabbing opportunity of government's project of the country. The present report is based on
understanding government's aid in business operations of Nisa Ltd in UK. It is small scale retail
sector organisation provides groceries and home products across country. In this regard, its
strength, weakness and competitive performance can be described. Including this, impact of
changes in management on business operations and plans to implement actions will be
introduced through this assignment. Moreover, significance of these changes in business
activities for small business are to be discussed. Similarly, improvements in business

satisfy with its services on large scale affect its sustainability . On critical evaluation, it is
determined that organisation required to allocate fund and resources for adopting new
technologies and enhancing quality in goods for creating innovations in business operations. This
weakness can be reduced by taking advantage of government's project plan for small business
enterprise's implementation.
According to case study, it is analysed that UK government is planning for implementing
small business enterprises and their services of 1 to 3 billion by 2020. Therefore, taking
advantage of this opportunity would be beneficial for Nisa Ltd for funding and financial
