Small business enterprises are those businesses which have the
fewer number of employees to carry out the respective operations.
Among this, Bed and breakfast (B&B) are the small lodging
establishments which offer overnight accommodation with the
inclusive breakfast to the people who stay here. These are the
private homes and family homes which provide accommodations.
The basic structure of the B&B is that it has the rooms between 6 to
11. These are generally operated as a secondary source of income
for them. Owner provides entire facilities to the guest and makes
stay more relaxing and comfortable. In this report Grays has been

Grays, is a new family owned brand into the sector of Bed and
Breakfast. It is one of the coolest places for the staying purpose in
the UK. Grays has been serving people form the long back
approximately 140 years. It was settled into a peaceful residential
area which is situated in Oldfield Park. It follows principles to provide
exceptional services and accommodation to the guests for making
them fell like home. All the amenities are very effective and help
guests to make stay more relaxing and comfortable. Generally,
there are luxurious room facilities along with welcoming breakfast

They can convert single rooms into double rooms so that they are
able to provide accommodation facilities to more than two guests
along with their children.
Grays can also provide respective facilities to the guests with the
well-equipped bathrooms.

EXISTING PERFORMANCE
The best way through which performance of Grays can be enhanced
is related to follow all the principles in an effective manner. With
this, Grays needs to render well standardized services to the guests
along with all the facilities. Along with this, they can also provide
options for evening meals to the guests with the other beverage
option such as beer, soft drinks and other drinks. This will help to
make their stay more comfortable and enjoyable. Further,
advancement in the room amenities and making it tech-friendly will
help Grays to increase the number of guests. They can also provide
first aid facilities to the people in order to overcome them from
various diseases. Gray can also provide the necessary
accommodation and facilities as per the requirement of the guests.

expand into the new area they can join up their hand with the other
similar venture of Bed and Breakfast which offers the same

more relaxing and comfortable. This will help Grays to expand its
business in the similar market and it can lead to increase the market
share of it to a certain extent. Along with this, they can define tariffs
as per the occupancy of rooms so that guest are able to avail
maximum services for the purpose to stay and relax. This will help
Grays to expand and grow over the larger perspective as all the
facilities are provided at a single place.
