be Jimmy and James Café House. In addition to providing different varieties of coffee the
business would also be offering breakfast choices and complementary snacks which goes with
coffee. The business plans would be considering all aspects such market condition, competitive
pressures, taste and preference of the consumers. The business plan would be including a
financial forecast and also incorporate a strategy which would be followed by the business for
accumulating the required funds for starting up the business.

In recent years, café business has flourished considerably bringing about small shops and
cafeteria opening taking advantage of the market situation. The business plan for the café
business has set out its objectives which the business would be following in long run are listed
below in details:
