INTRODUCTION
To achieve success when performing any type of task, it is necessary to have strong knowledge and expertise that may assist in managing
the work and achieving greater performance (Luchko, Holinach, Shchyrba and Muzhevych, 2020). The document is based on my personal
experiences and perspectives as a warehouse team leader at Morrison, which helped me, handle project opportunities.

It is critical to gain expertise and obtain team support from the start of any activity or project in order to manage the project on schedule.
Work experience abilities are defined as transferrable talents that an individual must possess in order to obtain job. Life will change, and new
obstacles come while working that must be met by utilizing one's own abilities and capacity to work. When I graduated from Autonomous High
School London, my Director created a session with the goal of counseling students regarding their future and skill development. I was the
workshop's facilitator, and many persons or scholars were asked to discuss their experiences and how they became accomplished. This was an 8-
hour course during which instructors and managers discussed many issues like paraphrase, data analysis, copywriting, Table of Contents, and
how to sustain meaningful conversation.
This was an essential seminar for me, and I went with some pals. This has helped me construct a long term plan for what I want to achieve
and how I will succeed. I realized that in order to operate and establish a business, you must have abilities and an attention to detail that
encourages you to move forward and accomplish your plans. My professor has tasked me with organizing this event with the help of my
teammates. This was a great duty for me to handle this session and acquire knowledge of how to succeed in long term goals. This chance was
taken advantage of by assembling a strong team of individuals with complementary talents and abilities. I have honed my data analysis abilities,

issue that will benefit the world.
