INTRODUCTION
Talent management is the process in which they involve and gaining more capable
employees towards the company. Through talent management an company can easily develop
and rising the skills and capabilities of the workers. Current it has been seen that, there are
several organisation who are facing so many obstacles that related to talent management
procedure. This context is going to explain about Halfords company (Azzouz and
Papadonikolaki, 2020). This is an specialist retailer of leisure and car product company. This
report is also going to focus on problems and obstacles that is facing by the company in terms of
talent-management and also explain about strategies which is adopted by the company in order to
make positive environment and grow in the market.
TASK 1
P1 Devise project aims and objectives for a chosen scenario.
This report conduct an research for identifying every element that create impacts on the
talent-management. Talent management is much important for any organisation because it
support the company to achieve their targets and goals. There are some prospect that is
considered by the organisation.
Research Title:- the role of line managers and leaders in employee development and
well-being;
Research Aims:- To analyse and determine the function of managers in order to
develop and grow in the market.
Research objectives:- To make the leaders more powerful in order to make the company
organised
To make leaders and managers acute to acquire innovative ways in order to handle many
situation and circumstances.
To make the leaders more influenced about their personalities of talent management that
help the company to generate new thoughts and ideas towards the company(Gupta and
Hall, 2020).

Project management plan is a wide recognition about the information and data
investigation into primary and secondary prospect. It is very important to make a projects and
control them so that an organisation can grow in then market and make them capable to handle
amu situation and problems that is facing by the company. To develop effective and successful
plan an company considered so many important factors which have their significance role in plan
and these factor are mentioned below:
Time: This element or factor has their vast importance because of large level of
competition in the market. To increase the competition level in the market and in order to
sustain in the market Halfords is focusing on this factor and this investigation is outcome come
after 8 to 10 weeks.
Quality: This is also very important and essential factor for an company. Before
conducting any investigation its very required for an investigator to know about the quality of
data that it is accurate or not because quality is something which is very important for any
company reputation.
Scope: This factor represent the dependability of the information into assorted area of
report. This factor show and get planning and objectives of the company. Scope factor develop
the productivity and profitability of the company.
Communication: This is also an important factor because it provide an opportunities to
company to maintain and build their relation with employees, consumer and so on. Effective
communication leads towards the success of the company(Korkeamäki and Kohtamäki, 2020) .
The Halfords company follow the effective communication strategies in order to connect with
the consumer and build team work among the employees.
Risk: Each and every company in covered with so risk and uncertainties. To grow and
direct their business in a market company faces so many problems and deal with internal and
external risk.
Resources: This factor is much important for accomplish the project with complete
accuracy. The company Halfords applied several important resource in their planning in order to
make their planning effective and successful.

P3 Produce a work breakdown structure and a Gantt Chart to provide time frames and stages for
Work breakdown structure: WBS is much important concept and much required for every
company to understand this concept because this helps the company to divide their task into
small pieces. This strategy helps the company to overcome the burden of the employee so that
they can work with relaxation and with more interest. It will also support an individual to
accomplish their task or project on a particular given time period so that an company can achieve
their task on a particular time period(Lockwood and Song, 2020).
Gantt chart
This is an graphical representation of the procedure which represent the proposition of
the project that are listing for the program in order to complete the task or project. Gantt chart
has a period scalp on top of the chart and data base functions on their left side of the chart. This
process show the information in a very simple way so that an company can easily understand the

company Halfords in order to complete the task or investigation. There are two methodologies of
the investigation has been used by the Halfords company in order to accomplish the research and
which are mentioned below:
Qualitative research: This methodology work non numerical aspects because its
considered perception, ideas and opinion which is much needed for any research. This type of
methodologies conduct questionnaire which is open ended. Open ended question does not have
any proper explanation for their questions.
Quantitative research: This methodology considered numerical aspects which are much
helpful to identify the requirement and need in order to get positive outcome. This method of

Primary data: This kind of data is selected by the company in a very initial time and
this procedure of collecting data is much time consuming. The result of this process is much

Secondary data: This techniques or process is much reputed method for collecting the
data. In this process the information or data is gathered from documents or any publication which
are already published. This method does not provide accurate information. In this method of
collecting the data the investigator does not take so much interest in regards of collecting the
data.
This report is going to take both techniques because they want accurate data collection .

I have done this research and to complete this research I have faced so many extremum
while completing the procedure of the investigation. I analysed that it is much hard for the
