Introduction
This report is preparing for Bandcamp company who wants to integrate new functionalities which
can enahne the peroformce and increase the profits. The manaagemnt team of Bandcamp
analyses choosen project for selcting single project which will be integrate for increasing
peroframnce. It follow by work breakdown structure which give knowldeg of tasks and gantt
chart deternine the time duration, resources along with their cost. The Pert analysis examines the
activity status and provides knowledge of task completence. It also generate croitical path if there
otherwise generate Pert chart. The report provides various questionairres which help in analysing
user views for implemented functionality. The logbook is also preparing on the basis of daily
activity to determine work completion on each day.

for BandCamp.com in a relevant format such as that of the Project Specification

Bandcamp is facing several issues due to lack of providing functionalities to the users and its
performance is going down day by day. So Bandcamp wants to integrate new features to
improve performance and can enhance its profits. For this change, the below 2 projects
specification is describing to select one project which can provide effective values to the
Bandcamp as:
Project Name: Country-specific services
Project Definition:
From past few years, Bandcamp is using similar features but nowadays user needs some
changes based on country-specific. For this, Bandcamp management team decided to
integrate new functionalities like music based on country language, playlist based on country
artists, etc. To implement these new features in current Bandcamp system, it requires some
selection process along with project management methodology.
Additional Objectives:
It provides language option for the users of the various country
Provide music based on user taste.
The user can search music of their kind and can listen to their favorite one in short
period of time.
Risks:
While developing this project, various risks might occur like:
Tracking of user location through GPS might produce a risk to provide music based
on location.
Time risk
The development of each activity should be completed in a given time otherwise
cause a delay in completion.
Technical Risk
While developing new features, their functionalities should be checked once as
precautions otherwise create problems.
Development team analyses all required tools in advance which prevent any delay in
completion (Raftery, 2003).

Bandcamp analyses user review to fulfill their demand for the integration of social media
feature. Users provided their views for the future development in that particular area which
will improve Bandcamp conditions and their profits. The social media integration helps in
advertising Bandcamp new band music and any live concerts which are going to conduct
easily which can attract numerous users.

This feature provides searching of music in a different manner like filtered by
location or country.
