Finding the relevant candidate, possessing the right skills, abilities and competencies is
difficult, keeping in mind the current needs of the competitive advantage.

The aim in this context is to promote the brand for achieving higher competitive edge.
In this context, mention can also be made of the financial flexibility, which would be an issue
for completing the processes of screening and interviews. However, the scope of the
assignment is to apply the strategy of cause effect relationship for assessing the impact of the
outcomes on the overall productivity.
