Marketing audit using SWOT to identify the current situation
Marketing audit refers to review of the marketing plan, strategies, and objectives and also
of all the activities that are carried out in small businesses (Bekoglu and Onayli 016). The main
aim of the marketing audit is to identify what is working and what is not working for John Goods
Shipping Company such that all those areas that need improvement can be identified. There are
