INTRODUCTION
Social psychology develops by scientific study they identify and develop study about human
thoughts, believes, perception, opinion on individual term. On the basis of research that individual has
different thought and perception and its obvious because of their different way of watching different
things and experience (Gibson, 2020). On the basis of U.S organization research it summarizing that
different age people have different opinion, so its define as Baby Boomers (born between 1946 and 1963)
this age of people thinking that new advancement development is not effective process, Gen Xers (born
between 1964 and 1979) this group of age define as adult they consider to engage new technology,
become independent and manage work-life balance and Millennials (born after 1980) this group of people
define as middle group where some people consider old experience and new things. This study will
provide information that social philosophy useful for organization behavior, how to manage conflict
within different age of people and how to manage good relationship for business effectiveness
development.

Social philosophy and associated scientific approach:
Social philosophy is determines and evaluating by scientific study which is analyse by different
humans have different thoughts, opinions, and solutions on similar topic. On the basis of organization
context its very complex task for management of different people and different age of people has their
multiple opinions and their decision about individual topic (Ali, Wang and Johnson, 2020). Because of
different age people has their different thought because they analyse and watch different things.
Sociology concept is study of human behaviour and development of good social
relationship.
Philosophy is identification of nature and guiding human for development of essential
changes in human behaviour.
Common sense which refers to that human nature has ability to changes and diversifies
their perception and taking right decision.

Evolution Socio cultural
Influence by genetic activities, which means
individual who learn and analyses throughout the
life. According to analyze their perception will
influence (Wang, Liu and Parker, 2020).
Human behavior influence by cultural
activities, adult people not provide higher
importance they consider to believes in
independent so these type of terms has
influence socio culture activities.

Different group age people have their different
perception. Organization has to consider when
they develop decision they have to consider
decision-making with identification of multiple
age of people.

experiences.
Importance of Social Psychology in explaining organizational behavior:
Social psychology is useful for reduce stress, depression and calmness in human for
expansion of right decision making and potential for raising right and suitable decision on the
basis of evolution and analysis of multiple social beneficial factors (van Knippenberg, 2020).
Organizational behavior refers to performance of human and management of different
age group of people for individual task. On the basis of case study its clear that organization has
major responsibility to analyze human behavior towards with the similar project old age people
has different opinion they mainly believes in hard work and work is everything. But current
generation adults highly believe in engagement of technology and manage work life balance.
