Iappliedminimalsuccessionapproach, whichhelpedmetoidentifythe replacements within the managerial levels. Along with this, I also made practical application ofsuccession planning, which seemed beneficial in detecting the intentional developments from the successors. Most importantly, I can make mention ofsuccession management, which seemed to be a wise step for me in terms of assessing the preparation of the leaders. This management acted assistance in terms of assessing the feasibility of the positions. iii.Why is that important? I feel that planning is necessary in terms of systematizing the activities for enhancing the leadership skills, abilities and competencies. This planning helps in tackling the ups and downs of the life, enhancing the awareness about the ad-hoc experience of the jobs. Focusing on the forecasting method instead of the development issues assisted me to estimate the requirements for polishing the current leadership skills, competencies and abilities. I feel that management of the constructed plans is necessary in terms of assessing the feasibility of the goals.
2 SOCIOLOGY iv.Future scope of the learning I would set routines for me, setting time limitsfor each of the tasks. While performing the tasks, making practical application of the learnt skills would be my primary duty. At each step, I would evaluate my performance, which would help me to detect the drawbacks, which acts as an obstacle in fulfilling the identified and specified goals. Creating action plans would be fruitful in terms of organizing the activities according to the priorities and requirements.
