Functional requirements
The functional requirements that are associated with the Coles supermarket are described
below:
The system will focus on storing the details of the product and will provide the
description whenever a customer requests to avail the product.
The products are mainly accessed with the help of product ID.
The system will request the customers to provide personal details so that they can enroll
themselves for a particular scheme for availing the benefits.
The system will store all the details regarding the purchase that is made by a customer.
Once the customer provides their personal details a CIN number will be generated that
will be unique for every customers.
Purchase ID will be generated on every bill made by the customers.
The CIN will store purchase details of the customers that will be used in future for the
purpose of providing them with the schemes and suitable offers.
The system calculates the overall investments based on the purchase ID of each customer
and provides gift towards them.
Non-functional requirements
The non-functional requirements are basically referred to the attributes that are used for
determining the appearance and support that is provided by the system towards the customers.
The Coles organization plays a crucial role in everyone’s life and this ensures that an effective
support is provided towards the customers. The basic nonfunctional requirements of the
organization are as follows:
