INTRODUCTION
Organizational behaviour is effective mode to enhance interaction abilities of employees in
the team. This study aids enterprise to operate better business in the nation. It is utilized for staff
members to increase their performance and effectiveness in the corporation (Boddy and et.al.,
2015). Hilton is famous resort which provides optimistic services in food and beverages in the
United Kingdom. The present file introduces organizational culture and structures in the nation. It
also discusses different type of factors like job responsibilities, work culture and leadership. It
describes about organisational theories in the Hilton. It represents the motivational theories to
motivate the employees in the hotel.

There are many type of organisation structures and culture which provides help to manage its
functions in firm.
Organisation structure
Functional organisation structure is based on job function. For example, Ikea organisation divides
its job functionalities on the basis of various departments like marketing, finance and human
resource. Generally, firm uses this structure due to utilization of employees and their coordination.
Product organizational structure has specific managers which report to directly their president or
head of firm by product wise. For example, Tesco company uses this process to manage its retail
operations in every cities of the nation (Devaney, 2014). Generally, this approach enables the firm
for diversification of products in the country.
Geographical organisational structure is based on area wise operations in the world. For example,
FMCG firms like Nestle uses to sell its product in different region of the world. Organisations uses
this structures due to decentralized operations in the different nations.
Organisation culture
Power culture few managers gives order to perform any type of job in the organisation whose
influence spreads the whole the corporation (Caesens, and et.al., 2015). For example. Financial
firms uses this type of culture to get optimistic output. Organisation emphasizes only on result of
employees rather then how they do it. Corporation uses this culture due to take quick decisions
regarding work.
In the role culture, employees of firm aware about their roles and duties. For example, Software

organisations use this process to reduce risk regarding individual job (Chen and Tan, 2013). This
way, firm can get better efficiency in the market.
Task culture is applied when teams are made to solve specific problems or progress projects in the
firm. For example, research based organizations use this type of culture to complete particular
study. It also helps to develop effective leadership and personalities in the firm.

staff members to work in a appropriate manner. Effective structure of Hilton also helps to
increase the efficiency and performance in the nation. It also aids the employees to realises
their roles and responsibilities which provides huge reliability regarding work in the
organisation. In addition, it also reduces departmental conflicts with help of better structure
in the Hilton.
Cultural Impacts- Working culture is also effective in the hotel. It also provides better
inspiration to do any kind of work in the organization. Pragmatic culture of Hotel helps to
complete goal and objectives effectively in the nation (Coghlan and Brannick, 2014). As per
this culture, organization gives most priority to its consumers to provide better services.
This way, firm is attracting customers towards its services in the UK. This process is also
aiding to increase its efficiency and performance of Hilton. This culture also emphasizes to
enhance training and development activities for better improvement of staff members and
workers in the hotel. This way, Hotel is facing less complexities as comparison of other
organisations in the nation (Gibbins-Klein, 2011).

Leadership and work culture also create positive environment for employees in the Hotel. It
