This is the process of identifying the talent gaps, vacant positions, and sourcing the employees at the work place which can help to develop the business productivity. To understand about this Aston Martin has been selected that is British independent manufacturer of luxury sports cars and grand tourers. This organisation was founded in 1913 by Lionel Martin and Robert Bamford. The management is playing the important role who conduct the analysis and introduce the new products with the help of employees. This can help to managing the all resources and capital effectively.
