INTRODUCTION
Talent management is the continuous process of arranging the people and resources at the
workplace which can help to managing the higher performance. For each organization it is
important to have good knowledge and understanding about human resources as it understand
the employee’s requirement and provide them right suggestions which can help to develop the
organizational performance. Talent management is the strategic process of getting the right talent
on board that can help to grow the optimum capabilities that can help to increase the business
activities. In an organization number of people are working continuously who understand the
culture and perform their roles and responsibilities clearly (Asaari, Desa, and Subramaniam,
2019). This is the process of identifying the talent gaps, vacant positions, and sourcing the
employees at the work place which can help to develop the business productivity. To understand
about this Aston Martin has been selected that is British independent manufacturer of luxury
sports cars and grand tourers. This organisation was founded in 1913 by Lionel Martin and
Robert Bamford. The management is playing the important role who conduct the analysis and
introduce the new products with the help of employees. This can help to managing the all
resources and capital effectively. The proposal covers aim and objectives, research questions,
literature review, and methodology that will help to complete the report.

The present investigation is about talent management schemes which is used by organization
for the purpose of developing the business activities and performance. Talent management is the

to accept the challenges and complete the task effectively. Talent management is the important
aspects for each industry as it understands the customer’s requirement and provide them
optimum benefits which can help to develop the organizational productivity. The reason of
conducting this research is to gather the information about employee motivation schemes which
should be use by company to attract and retain the people at the workplace. This is conducted in
personal and professional context in the form of understanding about motivation schemes that
used to develop the personal and professional abilities (Potipiroon, and Wongpreedee, 2020).

As per view point of Haddon (2018), Talent management is the strategic management
process which is used to involving methods and activities to manage and upgrade their skillset
that can help to managing the all functions. Every organization should be follow the talent
management practices and its related working which can help to develop the business functions
effectively. This concept is useful for organization for the purpose of placing the right people at
the right place which increases the business activities. The management is require to understand
the employee needs and make efforts to fill them which can help to attain the business goals. In
relation to Aston Martin, human resource management is needed as it uses to organise,
managing, directing, and controlling the business activities which can help to increase the
business performance and maintain the higher performance.
