If the targets are attain by the employees of the company in very effective manner then they can become an effective leader. The leaders have to bring the innovation and opportunities for the employees on regular basis so that they can feel engaged towards attaining the goals of the company. In order to motivate the employees, the leaders must have to used the different types of motivational theories in order to improves the productivity of the employees of Morrisons with in the workplace. The appreciation given by the leaders to their employees motivate them for a long period of time.
