Chapter Three: Methodology
3.1 Research Approach
Research approach are the procedures and plans for research which span the steps from broad
assumptions to detailed methods of data collection, interpretation and data collection. It is
basically based on the nature of the research problem being addressed. Research approach is
basically divided into two categories which are approach of data collection and approach of data
analysis (Huffington, Halton, and Pooley, 2018). There are two approaches for data analysis
which are of two types which include inductive and deductive approach. Quantitative research is
more preferable over qualitative research because it is more focused, scientific, fast, acceptable
and objective as well. Qualitative research is used in that case when researcher has no idea about
what to expect. It is basically used to define the problem and develop an approach to the
problem.

kind of strategy while conducting the research. It provides insights into the research problem and
also support in terms of achieving the research objectives into positive manner. That’s why
research strategy is very important.

Research methodology refers to the specific technique or procedures that is used to identify,
process, select and analyze information about a topic. It refers to the practical how of any given
piece of research. In a specific manner, its about how a researcher systematically designs a study
to ensure reliable and valid results which addresses the research objectives and aims as well
