This research proposal aims to analyze the impact of staff motivation schemes on employee retention at Hilton. The research objectives include analyzing the importance of employee retention, evaluating ways to enhance employee retention, assessing the relationship between staff motivation and employee retention, and analyzing the impact of staff motivation schemes on employee retention at Hilton. The research will be conducted using interviews, questionnaires, observations, personal records, data analysis, and survey. The participants will be adults. The research will take 20 weeks to complete.
