INTRODUCTION
 Managing business document is a critical
organisation function.
 Adept Owl is planning to expand its current
state of art functionality, hence employees
needs to be well trained in the procedure.
 The training will focus on including Macros in
word document and developing Excel
reports.
 The development of reports is critical to
enable the organisation handle large client
bases and handle organisation tasks (Bell,
Bryman & Harley, 2018).

INTRODUCING AND EXPLAINING THE TEMPLATE
AND HOW IT CONFORMS WITH ORGANISATION
REQUIREMENTS
 A template for a letter for communication to
customers is integral for the organisation to keep
regular communication.
 The current template conforms to organisation
requirement as it is written in a professional
manner with formal language.
 The tone of the letter is friendly and apologetic in
nature which further conforms to the stated
organisational requirements.
 The content of the letter is well placed to include
format as provided by the organisation as opening
paragraph by thanking customers, body of the
letter by apologizing and concluding paragraph by
apologizing and providing contact information.

DEMONSTRATING FUNCTIONS
 The current template will conform to the
organisation requirements, keeping regular
communication with customers.
 The letter needs to provide suitable reasons for
delay to customers.
 The letter needs to be conveniently written
which provides ease of understanding (Stoitsev,
2009). The staff need to possess letter
formatting skills in Microsoft Word document.
 The letter’s tone has to be professional as well
as friendly in nature. Hence, staff writing the
letter has to possess good English language
writing skills and capabilities.

ALLOWING PRACTICE AND QUESTIONS AND
PROVIDING FEEDBACK ON PERFORMANCE
 The letter writing has to be practiced several
times to ensure that the skills related to
writing has been mastered.
 In case there is a problem related to
understanding then suitable questions can
be raised and then resolved. In absence of
question a doubt regarding the template
might prevail.
 Feedback is crucial in the learning procedure
as it allows to understand the level of
understanding in staffs.
 The feedback is undertaken in performance,
which allows for highlighting of skills present

MONITOR
 All staffs need to perform at the level of the
practioner such that they can develop and
make use of the template effectively.
 All individuals need to demonstrate skills
related to saving of the document using
Macros Enabled Word format. The storage of
such files has to be at the designated place
in the hard disk of the organisation’s
computer.
 Secondly, all staffs need to demonstrate
capabilities of including Macros in the
Microsoft Document and then using of
appropriate contents in such documents.

CONCLUSION
 Managing documents in a growing
organisation is critical to its success.
 All staffs at the current organisation need to
effectively make use of Macros and be able
to save the same.
 Capability in handling of documents allows
the organisation to be effective in conducting
multiple tasks together.
