operations, emotions and creativity of
mind, soul and body. A leader is that
person who inspires others for the
fulfillment of body, mind, nature and
environmental activities to a specific
purpose in the business, life and career. It

he was adopted by a loving and
encouraging family. At young age
Steve Jobs started to take interest in
engineering and computer as he
inspired by his father's machinist job.

he adopt anything which help him in the multiple
situations.
 Have vision- Steve Jobs had and this creative vision
challenged his workers and drove them to act with the
vision as well.
 Act with a sense of urgency- Steve Jobs was known
for acting with a sense of the urgency and it is find out
that it is what gave Steve Jobs his incomparable drive.

 He got failure in providing and receiving the feedback from his staff as he

From the above report it is concluded that Steve Jobs used to follow has own
footstep in organization. However he improved the emotional intelligence
and apply the rules of informational leadership. By this he become enable
to grab every opportunity and innovate creative things. He forced has
employees to produce a different product that can attract customer more.
He was a good leader as he has various good quality of leadership
including adaptability, confidence, innovation, creative thinking and many
more. He got many success and biggest failure in his life that create an
example for the others.
