INTRODUCTION
Strategic HRM is an approach that looks towards attaining organisational objectives by
using smarter practices of human resource management. In other words, it is an activity
including attraction, development, rewarding addition to retaining manpower that benefits people
and company as whole (Delery and Roumpi, 2017). At the time when human resource
department of entity strategically frame plans to recruit, select, train, performance management
and compensation in accordance to goals then it ensures wider possibilities of business success.
For the essay, chosen company is Cera which is technology enable venture having approximate
of 5000 employees at nearby 70 offices within Scotland, Wales, England, etc (Cera, 2021). It has
started providing its operations at international level for the purpose of organising care for loved
ones.
In this essay, discussion about strategies and approaches for preparing and training
employees for working at overseas location are done. Along with this, it also includes challenges
which human resource might face while carrying out activities in abroad and how managers can
help them to deal with difficulties.

Preparing and training workforce to carry out operations at international level is veery
essential for an entity that have planned and executed working in another countries. With
internationalisation of an organisation, human resource department is required to provide
effective training and development programme to employees that makes them potential for
carrying out projects in upcoming year (Bouaziz and Hachicha, 2018). Global training is said to
a commitment of venture’s learning addition to development professionals for devising a shared
set of goals along with modules which will benefit people at different levels to work at overseas
location. Cera is a UK based technology enable care organisation that have recently started
working at international level to deliver care by empowering people to live better and longer
lives at their own houses. For this purpose, human resource manager of the entity could take
certain strategies and approaches for preparing and training team of employees so that they have
