Executive Summary
This report particularly consists of the primary attenuation that can be placed forward is that

Introduction
Gracious industries are referred to a business organization having only a resource of
35 employees but generating a revenue related to sales of around $10.5 million in reference to
that past year. Gracious industries have been in business for more than a period of 40 years,
having supplied electronic goods to all of the different business in requirement for the goods,
along with that of the hardware as well as supermarket stores (Costa et al ., 2016). On one
hand, the company has been under the experience with the rise in the sales related to the
product that they have been selling as a reason of the new products that they have been
introducing down their menu from time to time. On the other hand, Gracious industries have
undergone the loss of some of the prime accounts relating to the fact of the prices of the
goods that they have been selling as failure to match with the prices that have been prevailing
within the market of the similar goods. This report in general, describes all of the key steps
that the Gracious industries needs to adapt in order to update a new software to take their
business to the next level (Seethamraju, 2015). For the adaption of the company to the newly
developed software, this report in detail provides with all of the information that need to be
considered. These include the likes of the updated business requirements, the requirements

needed for the upgrade of the business carried out within the Gracious industries (Tarhini et
