The leaders are expected to bepresent and involved at the right time with the right people, this will make their process ofdecision making more effective and efficient. The team members that are engaged in the processof strategic planning are also known as strategic thinkers. There are some of the integralcomponents that provide guidance to the process of strategic thinking. Vision, mission, andvalues the best examples of these guides that aid the strategic thinkers with a track for attaininggoals. The resultant alignment and strategic thinking of the actions can play a role of a perfectantidote and that too with a clear vision of future.
