The case study reflects that, a subsidiary of HP named Hewlett Packard Asia Pacific is looking upon the booming IT sector within the confines of Vietnam. The management is looking upon the pros and cons associated with the move so as to take the best decision in the favour of concerned corporation. HP offers an array of hardware and software to clients, regardless of their size and even includes clients pertaining to health, education and political industry. The below mentioned project seeks to explore the background, business drivers and competitive analysis of the concerned company.
