towards brand.
Organization mission is to rapidly set standards for food or grocery products retailing and

supermarket.
Summary of its historic performance
From only one outlet in a Germany to over 2000 well-structured outlets in the United
State alone in recent time, Aldi has been on an aim of taking over the world currently, by
developing plan and tactics related to offering quality goods. It furies to riches story began back
in 1913, it was known in the market as the first discount outlet in the nation, which drive the
attention of customers towards items purchase from Aldi and because of this reason now it has
builds strong consumer base. Currently, it serves more than 40 million customers every month,
without sacrificing quality and quantity.

In the context of external environment within retail industry, Pestle analysis as strategic
framework use and discuss below-
Political factor-
Fluctuation relate to political factors like lockdown decision taken by the governments in
each nation may put negative impact Aldi success.
Economic factor-
Pandemic is one of those elements that decrease rate of unemployment and affect
worldwide economy growth (Irawan & Darmansyah, 2021). It may negatively influence brand in
term of decreasing its sales and ratio of customer visiting in outlet.
