What cultural considerations should you take into account for your strategy?
In today’s world of globalized way of life, the cultural perspectives have reached and
overcame the boundaries of differences among people. The diversification of culture is an
effective approach depended on several factors. A culture is defined and distinguished with
the aspects like language, religions, values, age, goals, way of life, ethnicity and so on.
Henceforth, the variation of languages among cultures will be discussed here in order to
make and represent the differences in a larger perspective (Dälken, 2014).
The main barrier between cultures is the language difference among people.
Languages vary in the larger context of regions and cultures of a country. The number of
languages present in a country gives a clear idea and identifies the presence of different
cultures. Therefore, the differences regarding the languages of the employees in a marketing
team needs to be reduced to form a diverse cultural motive. Language is the primary mode of
communication and the only way to express and make others know about your thinks and
thoughts (Myerson & Bichard, 2016). The whole world is running because of the correct
expression and identification of thought provoking ideas. Language differences in between
people creates a barrier in communication. There are cultural differences between the people
of China and United States. Therefore, the language differences can also affect the business
processes in a competitive market like china.
Will this negatively impact your current strategy?
The decision of making business progress to a new country will consist of many marketing
challenges. For an example, the language differences in between Chinese and American
people can be very problematic in understanding and maintaining business progress.
Therefore, I think the strategies need to focus on reducing the language barriers by making
progress in implementing interpreters among the employees to make them understand
