Summary from Assessment 1
Trios Sports Club is considered to be one of the sports bars which is located at
Cranbourne West and it was founded in the year 2000. Moreover, the club has an outdoor
wedding venue with stunning kind of view which includes tab area, gaming area along with
kids’ club. It is considered to be one of the award-winning racing club venue which has been
capable of properly attracting large number of customers. There are different products and
services that are being offered to various customers that are of high quality and it impacts the
growth of the company.
There is large area for gaming along with outdoor and indoor wedding reception areas
and playground for kids which helps in managing effectiveness. The target market includes
families as well as senior citizens which has been possible for creating family friendly
environment. There are differentiating features which includes spacious outdoor wedding
venue along with bistro terrace with stunning views. Trios has been positioned as low priced
and high level of experience hotel which impacted the effectiveness.
There are different competitors present such as Beretta Langwarrin Hotel along with
Amstel Club which impacts the performance of the company negatively. In such kind of
scenario, Trios Hotel needs to make the customers satisfied through implementing the
strengths. There are various modern as well as spacious bistro terrace for the customers to
make them feel comfortable and better equipment facilities which makes the bar more
attractive in comparison to competitors.

In the era of the complex business scenario, people prefer going to different sports bar
to the food along with large screen televisions which are showcasing sports entertainment.
These kinds of businesses are typically for remaining profitable and cash flow positively in
the different economic climate with high gross margins. With the help of SWOT analysis, the
strengths, weaknesses, opportunities along with threats can be analyzed which assists in
providing effectiveness in the services which are delivered by the company.
Strengths
Safe Environment- It is the first and foremost strength of Trios Cranbourne Sports
Bar wherein the bar is finely equipped with the capable security that includes surveillance.
The bar is planning for bringing in certain acts which will be effective in suiting nature of bar
which includes open mic night along with live coverage of the sporting events from around

overall generation of revenues of the company negatively as well (Leiblein & Reuer, 2019).

weakness which impacts the performance of the company negatively as there are different

it impacts the performance of the company in a negative manner. There are competitors such

from such companies impact the growth prospects of the company and it impacts the growth
prospects negatively. In the competitive business era, the pricing and the promotional
activities are the two major aspects which needs proper guidance as it can be impacting their

the management of the services.

a proper manner by Trios Sports Bar as due to high competition present, the company may
not be able to perform well in the market and their growth will be stagnated. Competitors will
be trying to win the market share through cutting costs, improving efficiency along with
