company and helps the company achieve targets (Chernev, 2018). KFC is chosen for the study.
The company is the one of the largest company in UK, founded in the year 1952. In the study the
topics covered are internal and external analysis and key strategic marketing objective..

Market size and trends.
The market size taken for the study is 1000 in which the potential buyers are taken. The
size is taken for the purpose of doing advertisement and targeting them (Moutinho. and Vargas-
Sanchez, 2018). The trend data used is by using google analytics in which the trending product is
taken of the KFC.
Competitors analysis
As per the analysis of the competitors it is found that the hot competitors of KFC are
Tesco, Morrisons, Argos and ASDA. As per the analysis it is found that the companies are having
better marketing plan and better employees which are dedicated towards the work.
Internal analysis
For internal analysis SWOT model is chosen.
Current and future
Strength
The strength of KFC is sound employees who are dedicated towards the work and are
having passion towards the work in current in the future strength of the KFC is training of
software to the employees which will help the company taking less time to do work.
Weakness
Weakness for KFC for the current environment is the company is not having proper
marketing plan and the future weakness for the company will be poor skills in digital marketing
as there is no budget of the training.
Opportunities
Opportunities for KFC for the current environment is tax advantage by government in e
co friendly material and for future it will be tax advantage for using robots at the work place
