Strategic planning is defined as a structure which explains strategy or direction for making
decision and developing action plan that help in attaining objectives. In addition to this,
strategic planning is the official consideration that can be used for future course and
outline measurable aims. In the present report, park Plaza London is taken into
consideration. It is one the hotel chain that offer luxury and quality service to customer.
