INTRODUCTION
Human resource mangmnet is a process to recruiting, hiring, deploying and managing the
company employee. It simply refers to the human resources. If the human resources manger able
to choice the right candidates for the right job, so it is beneficial for the company growth, and
they are able to achieve their target effectively and efficient. Along with after choice the right
Candidate, Human resource manager need to provide a proper training to their new candidates, to
improve their skills and knowledge. Because thing helps the company to achieve their target and
work done with the flow (Ansari, Farrukh,and Raza, 2021). In this report, there is a Modern
Human resources solution company, wants to start their company in Human resources
management related, so what things they need to compete in the market and achieve their target.
If the company choice right candidate for the right job, so it helps to reduce the risk and
maximizing the return on investment. The Human resources is the practise related to manage the
people within the workplace to achieve their organisation goals and reinforce the culture. Human
manger help to recruit the new professional, who having the necessary skills to achieve the
company goals.
MAIN BODY
Human resources management is a strategic approach to choosing the effective
candidates for the company benefits, the human resources is the department within the company
which is handling all the work related such as recruiting, selecting, hiring, training, paying and
independent contractors. Recruitment and Selection is a process of hiring right candidate and
filling vacant job position in company. Human resource manager need to follow the structure in
proper manner because if they hire the wrong candidate then face many problem and suffer to its
outcome in terms of lower performance and low profitability. Modern human resource solution
company wants to become more efficient if it hires right candidate for right job role, because it is
important for their future growth, otherwise they are not able to survive in the market
(Armstrong and Taylor, 2020). Along with Candidate have to clear all the levels of recruitment
and selection process in order to get job role in company. Its help to improving the overall
performance of the organisation and make customers more satisfied. Recruitment process helps
the company to become more efficient and it is beneficial to achieve their targets in proper

manner, and contour the candidates with management process in order to get right candidate. If
in case the human resource manager selects the wrong candidates and taking wrong move can
lead to years of damage. It has been analysed that if the companies hiring the wrong person it
had negatively affected their performance and overall productivity. In order to get right
candidate, it is needed to made aware people about job opening and also helps develop the
performance of company. There are some features which are listed below:
People oriented- It is very important feature to start business in Human resource management,
people have to be the focus on human resource management. While managing their work they
need to be ensure that they are people oriented. Along with they support to make the process
easier as it will help company is knowing that what type of person and what skills and
qualification are needed to fill vacant job position in company (Bratton, Bratton and Steele,
2021). Modern human resources solution has made recruitment strategy which will help in
getting right candidate for job role of Business consultant.
Employee oriented- The Human resource management main motive is making their employees
work lives easy, it is not only focus to managing them. However, they also try to remaining the
accessible to taking the quarries and support them. Because they know this thing very well, that
employees are assets for the company, without their efforts company are not able to achieve their
target effectively and efficiently. It is the key function of human resource management should be
ability to create the atmosphere. Where the employees don't feels demotivate and not worry that
manger are not value their work.
Gives Opportunities- This features of Human resource management having a large scope.
Employees should be knowing this thing that this is company gives a opportunities for their
career growth. Human resource management teams are helps the employees to set the goal in
realistic, time-bound for the growth of the company. The employees find the opportunities where
they can advantage to improve their skills and use them to help the company growth.

effectively and be a more productive, it helps the employees to maintain the work- life balance.
This model teach that employees are very important for the company growth, so human resource
manager need to give a benefits to their employees and increase the productivity too. Along with
