INTRODUCTION
Human resource planning is helpful for the company, it is the strategy which is make by
the company to maintain or hire the skilled employees to achieve their target. It is the continuous
process of systematic planning ahead to achieve optimum use of a company most valuable assets
means employees. They focus on hiring the best candidates for right job, so that they are able to
maintain working environment of the company and improve their performance, mostly they
avoid manpower shortage. This report explain that how amazon company assess the strategic
importance of current, future and anticipated human resource requirements and analyses that
how they impact on strategic plans, along with address the risk which is associated by the
marketing plan (Klinger, 2019). This report divided into three task, one, two and three. Human
resources manager are very important for the company it helps the company to manage their
work properly and achieve their goals effectively and efficiently. The main work or Human
resource manager is choosing the right candidates for the right job, so that company are able to
earn maximize profit.

A.C 1.1. Critically assess the strategic importance of current, future and anticipated HR
requirements
Human resource manager play a important role, it helps the Amazon company to create
the vision and directions for whole the organisation, because it is beneficial for individual
employees with in the company. It helps to create a clear visions which is followed by the
employees and manger to achieve their goals. Along with this strategy support the company to
reduce the risk and prevent the individuals for losing the sight of their company targets
(Gunawan, Aungsuroch, and Fisher, 2019). It is necessary for Amazon company in myriad areas,
ranging from of strategic planning for the company image, Amazon company need the effective
Human resource manger, so that they are able to compete in the market in future. Because
computation is increasing day by day, so company need skilled employees who are able to
perform well and maintain working environment and human resource manger is done things very

well. It helps to maintain the control and develop the employees experiences throughout the
workforce while strengthening the business operations which are given below:
Recruitment and onboarding- The main aim of HR recruiter is mange the hiring
employees process by screening the resumes for scheduling the interviews for hiring the
new employees. Although, they determine the best method for recruiting the applicant,
along with the main focus is hiring the best candidate for the right job. Amazon company
wants skilled employees, so HR recruiter helps the company to choice best candidates.
Minimizing the Lability issues- Human resource manger support the Amazon company
to minimize the company liabilities which is related to the allegation of unfair
employment practises. They helps to identify the problem and try to resolve the
workplace issues, so that they are able to achieve their future goals and maintain working
environment of the company (Mazari Abdessameud, Van Utterbeeck, and Guerry, 2022).
Safety and risk management- HR manger support the company to obligation for
provide the safe working conditions. Amazon company need good HR mange so that they
are able to maintain workplace safety and risk management specialist. It helps the
company to develop their programs and reduce the number of workplace problems and
injuries and they are able to support the working safety and also engage the employees to
promoting the self-awareness, so that they are able to handling the uncertain problems in
future.

Human resources planning effect the strategic plan, it play a critical role to developing
the business strategy they use different techniques and competencies for doing successfully
organisational changes which helps the Amazon company to maintain their working
environment.
Helps to set the visions and value- The HR manger mostly focus on strategic planning
and daily operations which helps the company to make batter strategic planning, without
HR manger company are not able to perform well in future (Fenech, Baguant, and
Ivanov, 2019). Actually it helps to make a vision and identified the problems and risk, so
that company are able to resolve this problem and make effective strategic planning.
