You will carry out a research within theorganisation to examine and compare the the function of a manager and the role of a leader.You will conduct at least one interview with a member of the leadership team and one with a line manager todiscuss their roles and how they respond to different situations that may arise. ABSTRACTAmong a great number of studies in management and leadership,the effect of managers and leaders in the organisation remains a yet-to-be-explored issue. As the title suggests, the aim of this paper is to identify functions and roles of leaders and managers in Vinfast. From the data obtained in a research carried out within the Vinfast to examine and compare the function of a manager and role of a leader in Vinfast. The project conduct one interview with a line manager and one with a member of the leadership team to identify their roles and how they respond to several circumstances that might occur. Another key point featured in this research is assessment the influence of managers and leaders on Vinfast.
