This assignment focuses on evaluating the Human Resource (HR) strategies employed by Dasin Holdings. The research will utilize both primary data collected through a survey of 100 participants and secondary data to analyze themes related to HR management within the company. The findings will be presented visually using bar graphs to demonstrate the relationships between dependent and independent variables. A conclusion will be drawn based on the findings, addressing the research objectives and evaluating the effectiveness of Dasin Holdings' HR strategies. Recommendations for improving existing HR strategies will also be provided.
