3SELF REFLECTIONIntroductionIndividual reflection is associated with the personal and professional growth of thepeople. However, in order to measure the effectiveness of the learning process self-reflection iscrucial (Gómez 2017). In order to identify the strength and weakness self-reflection is aneffective way for the individual. This present study deals with the self-assessment process of thelearning experience regarding the virtual marketing. Virtual marketing is a process to innovatenew business strategies by using the digital marketing. Application of the social networkingdevices is a part of the virtual marketing. This reflective study reveals the positive and negativeaspect of the virtual marketing and learning experience from this particular marketing tool. 1. Evaluation of the efficiency and the usefulness of the learning experienceThe concept of the learning experience focuses on the various programs, interaction withpeople and gaining experience from different incidents (Dragan et al. 2017). In order to developthe skill of the individuals learning experience is crucial. Learning is two types one is theoreticalanother is practical. Hence, knowledge can be obtained from the theoretical learning andpractical learning. This current assessment is based on assessment 1 and assessment 2. Hence, itis helpful for me to improve my knowledge and gather new knowledge regarding the virtualmarketing based on the previous assessment. According to me, the learning experience is a partof knowledge expansion that gives the opportunity to the individuals to experience new thingsand to get an idea from such experience. The previous assessment enables me to understand thepros and cons of the virtual marketing in the context of business. This knowledge will be helpfulfor me to understand the significance of the virtual marketing in the professional sector.

4SELF REFLECTION Learning experience possesses great value in improving the knowledge of the individuals. Asper my viewpoints, an individual is able to acquire new knowledge from the learning experienceand to improve their existing knowledge (McLatchie and Campbell 2017). As a managementstudent, it is essential for me to understand the marketing tool and virtual marketing is a big toolof marketing in the recent years. However, it is identified by me that virtual marketing enablesthe employees to understand the changing demand of the target market over the time. Thus,learning experience from assessment 1 and assessment 2 enables me to reveal the significance ofthe virtual marketing, which will be beneficial for me in my future. 2. Explanation of the usefulness of learning processLearning experience can be obtained by taking part in various course and programs. Newknowledge can be obtained by pursuing any course for a certain period. This course may beeducational or any other learning courses. On the other hand, the program may be educationalprogram, social or cultural program that enables an individual to obtain knowledge regarding thisprogram (Kellenberg and Rieger 2017). As a student of the management course, I am able toacquire marketing knowledge from my educational course. On the other different educationalprograms related to the marketing are helpful for me to enhance my knowledge.Present knowledge enables the individuals to utilize it in future to develop thempersonally and professionally (Swart 2017). Assignment 1 and assignment 2 is based on theapplication of virtual marketing for the development of the business industry in near future. Thisis helpful for me to increase my professional knowledge in the near future. As a managementstudent, it is crucial for me to gather business knowledge especially the marketing knowledge.Hence, the impact of virtual marketing on the business has given me a clear idea about its
