However, individual's self-reflection enables them to understand their strength andweakness regarding their learning process. However, as professional in the business managementdomain, it is important for the individuals to understand each aspect of the management team.This assignment focuses on the advantages and disadvantages of the social media marketing inbusiness. Self-reflection of the individuals will be addressed in this section over the learning ofthe benefits and drawbacks of social networking in the context of business. However, for thepersonal professional development, it is important an individual to identify the strength andweakness of their existing knowledge. 1. Evaluation of the effectiveness and the usefulness of the learning experience of theindividualsLearning experience highlights on the interaction, program and the courses that enablethe individuals to gain experience from such processes (Boud et al. 2013).
