INTRODUCTION
It is the key part of every organisation to manage their business in effective manner. It
helps company to get achievement and to improve their business to new market. CSR activities
are implemented to provide growth opportunities to business. CSR activities provide many
benefits to business as their product and services are accepted by customers at large. It is
important for organisation to contribute to CSR activities (Adzic, 2011).There are many
techniques that can be adopted by company to achieve the success. Charlotte hotel is
continuously providing their services to the customers and going to implement CSR activities. It
helps to get success and it is for the development of company. Charlotte hotel is continuously
working to provide maximum benefits to society so that their services can be accepted by the
society at large. In the present study, aims and objectives, project management plan that consist
of risk, resource, time and many other points are considered.
TASK 1
P1 Aims and objectives
Corporate social responsibility is the key term that is used by almost every organisation.
It helps the organisation to get the success and for the acceptance of the product and services by
the cusrto9mers and society at large context. It is required for Charlotte hotel to check that due to
their operation is any harm is caused to society or not so that they can take effective measures to
eliminate such factors. It is required for the hotel to provide maximum satisfaction to customers
so that they can attracted toward their organisation at large.
CSR activities help to enhance the brand value of the organisation in market. It shows the
responsibility of organisation toward their customers and society. It is important task for the
cited hotel to contribute to CSR activities so that they can get sustainable growth and
development in their business.
It is important task for the hotel to provide greater satisfaction to customer and it can be
possible if they continuously implement CSR activities (Keller, Parameswaran and Jacob, 2011).
Aim:- The aim of Charlotte hotel is to implement CSR activities in their business so that they
can provide quality product and services to their customers so that they can be more satisfied.
Objective:- The objective of cited hotel can be achieved by effective implementing CSR
activities and to provide greater satisfaction to the customers of hotel.

Following are the key objectives of Charlotte hotel as:-
1) To implement CSR activities in their business so that they can provides greater
satisfaction to their customers and society. The key objective of hotel to implement CSR
activities so that they can provide maximum satisfaction to society.
2) To achieve the greater satisfaction of customers and it can be possible when they
implement CSR activities. The satisfaction of the customers can be achieved when they
are able to provide quality services and product to society.
3) To expand the market area so that they can target more and more customers as well as to
enhance profitability (Baiden and Price, 2011).
4) To be recognized as well maintained store in market in term of quality and it is possible
when they fulfil the needs and demands of the society. It is required for them to consider
factors that can not harm to the society.
P2 Project management plan
Project is the plan that is formed to produce and manufacture special goods and services.
Project management plan is helpful to get success in business. It is required to form effective
plan so that they can implement their strategy in effective manner to get success of project. There
are many points that are essential to consider in project management plan as cost of project,
resources, risk associated, time that is required to implement such project and many more. It
helps to make focus on every aspect of project so that it can be successful and easy to achieve
aims and objective of organisation (Doherty, Ashurst and Peppard, 2012).
A project can be divided on the basis of knowledge and process. There are many steps involved
in the success of project as planning, organising, execution and controlling. Knowledge covers
resources, risk, cost, time, quality etc.
1) Cost of project: It is important for Charlotte hotel to consider cost that may arise in
implementation and success of project. It is required for organisation to consider cost
mechanism so that they can implement effective cost control system. To implement CSR
activities estimated cost that will incurred is £12000. It is required to control the cost
because it increases burden on the organisation.
2) Scope of project: It is required to consider the scope of project so that success of the
project can be identified. It is required for management team to identify the scope of
project so that it is easy to predict that such project will be accepted by customers or not.

3) Time period: It is required for management team to identify time that is required to
complete project (Eckerson, 2010). CSR activities are implemented in 60 days period and
it is effectively implemented. It provides assistance to complete project in defined time.
Time is required to mention because it provides criteria to complete the project in given
time and to formulate strategies according to given time period.
4) Risk: Risk is always associated with every task that is performed by the organisation.
Business can not run with acceptance of risk. It is required to predict the risk factors so

project. There are many resources required as labour to implement effective services,
funds, premises. It is required required for management team to consider available
resources so that it can be used. It provides cost benefits to organisation to use available
resources.
6) Quality: It is required to maintain quality in project so that it can be accepted by the
customers at large. It can be possible if they use qualitative material and resources in
project (Keller, Parameswaran and Jacob, 2011). Customers are more attracted toward
quality so it is important task to provide quality in their services so that such project can
be successful at large.
7) Communication: It is required to provide correct information so that it can be helpful to
implement such in project. A project can be successful only if they collect all the relevant
information because it is required to cover every aspect in business. It is required to have
effective communication among the parties so that they can execute plan in effective
