It is stated from the above study that HR department and Higher authority both are collectively
responsible to implement CSR activities in hotel (Seddon, Calvert and Yang, 2010). It is required
to make their best effort to implement better activities for society.
P6 Recommendation for valid conclusion
By the above mentioned research I founded that the cited hotel is continuously providing
their best services ton their customers (Too and Weaver, 2014). According to me, it is important
for them to implement effective CSR activities so that they can achieve great response from the
society. CSR activities are formed to provide better services to the customer and to society. I
recommended that surveys are helpful for a company as to they are able to know needs and
wants of potential customers. There are very few requirements that are required to fulfil by hotel
to achieve satisfaction level of those who are not happy at present (Trevino and Nelson, 2010). It
is responsibility of hotel to consider all issues that are facing by respondent of survey and

It is required for cited hotel to conduct research before implementing their new project of
CSR so that they can collect correct information regarding the market. I recommended that
research is very important to achieve great success and to make development as per needs and
wants of society so that their product and services can be accepted by public at large.
Research is required to conduct because it provides correct information to business so
that they can make effective decisions in their business. CSR activities provide assistance to
business to get success and to attract large number of customers toward them. It is required for
Charlotte hotel to check that is any harm is caused to society due to their operation so that they
can take corrective measures to eliminate such errors (Wikström and et. Al, 2010).
Business organisations can use qualitative and quantitative techniques in their business. It
is required for them to provide new and innovative product to customers so that they can more
satisfied. I suggest that business managers needs to read newspaper and corporate magazines for
better understanding of market strategies. Research helps the organisation to get to know the
loop holes so that they can take action to eliminate such factors. It is also important to provide
better services as comparison to competitor. They can identify competitor's policy and plan by
conducting research. CSR activities provide growth and development to their business and to
expand it to large market.

them to form effective project management plan so that they can implement their strategy
according to that criteria. Project management plan consists of many things that are important to
consider to get the success of the project.
