2 QUALITY MANAGEMENT Quality of a Project It is a crucial factor for an organization to deliver products and services of high quality in manner to assure its position in the market and overcome with the competition in the market. Many higher authorities will check the beauty of the project. Quality of a project can be defined as the service or product that is suitable for its intended purpose and has the ability to perform satisfactorily according to the needs and requirement of the consumers (Heldman, 2013). If a great project is built but it does not fit for the purpose, project was built then the project fails to meet the quality objective those were being expected to be delivered. Main objectives related to the project quality can be listed as: Project Quality management:This is a process of documentation, prepared for the quality requirements and quality standards of the products and services those are relevant to the project. Quality control:It is a process to record and review activities, those are relevant to the project quality, in manner fulfill the demanded objective and highlight the required changes during the execution of the project (PMI, 2013). For example checking the glass of the moving door whether it meets the safety or not. Project quality assurance:This is a process is about obtaining overall confidence that the project quality will be accepted to the clients (Snyder, 2013). Project quality assurance is an audit program for the requirements of the quality of the output and collects the results of the activities related to the quality control that occur periodically throughout the project. Six-Sigma, Check sheet, Histogram and many other tools can be used to determine the quality of the project including the products and the services (Wysocki, 2014).

This also includes the tools, roles, and responsibilities for enhancing the quality of the project. This essay does not talk about the quality control and quality assurance in manner to support the quality of the project. Quality and grade are two different objectives related to the quality of the project. For example, A product of low grade are acceptable in the project until the requirement is filled irrespective of the high grade or low grade and high end or low end. However, a low quality product or service will always be a questionable objective in a project. This could be a better statement for the quality of the project. Other statement could be given on the essay that the essay does not put emphasis on why the tools and techniques should be used for assuring the quality of the project. Response on Second Essay Second essay had a good start with addressing typical points related to the quality management but stating quality characteristics defined by stakeholders completely change the meaning of the quality of a project. Irrespective of the grade, quality of the output produced by the contribution of the stakeholders can put this statement in correct path. The three phases stated in the essay are the main objectives however, none of the essay emphasizes deeply on the quality control. In

Quality should emphasis on the better output irrespective of the grade as the topics mentioned in this essay are highlighting the properties of the grades.
