INTRODUCTIONOrganisation culture is the process of directing or guiding how an employee behave at theworkplace. The culture includes assumptions, beliefs and values. In the present report, TheHofstede Culture model has been explained, which identified four dimensions which have anprofound impact on the business environment (Assiter,2017) . The report will evaluate thesuggestions made on this culture model and the self evaluation part is also been added in this.Main Body 1. Evaluate the suggestions made on the Hofstede's culture dimensions.From the article, it is evaluated that, the suggestions which are to recommend that theculture should avoid risk-taking which score high on the uncertainty avoidance dimension.Along with this the employee of this culture may have rules in place to ensure that workers orstaff members do not degenerate from accepted standards. By this suggestion, this is to evaluatethat the rules and regulations made by the senior management of the organisation are to befollowed by the employees, in order to achieve their business targets and goals, the rules whichare made by the organisation are not good according to the employees, they are not in favour of
