significance of the proposal
This research proposal is based on developing a detailed overview of the scenario and
major challenges that are arsing in hospitality organisation because of inadequate level of
staffing (Nyangu, I., & Nkosi, Z. Z. (2019). The staffing levels in value based health care
systems have to be fixed so that there can be timely evaluation of the requirement and the actual
presence of staff members in situation. It is a very serious issues that requires timely analysis so
that its long term negative impact on organisations can be minimized and strategies can be
developed to manage such visitations of inadequate staff level.
Literature review relevant to the problem identified 500
Basic concept of inadequate staffing in nursing profession
The importance of nurses and their staffing is very essential key role for a healthcare
department (Inadequate Staffing Harms Quality and the Bottom Line, 2021). This lead to deliver
high quality patient care which is helpful for a patient to recover from any complication.
Whereas, nursing profession is defined as the profession which related with caring, it was art and
a vocation. It also termed as the care of the patient with regards to nursing needs with even
enhancing dimension of medical sciences quantitatively and qualitatively nursing care is
becoming more and more complex with its management services. As per this the care of patient
is based on staffing which is appropriate and proper. This help to develop quality of service to
patient. In this inadequate staffing defined as inappropriate manner of staffing which create
disturbance in providing services (Phelan and et. al., (2018). The lack of adequate staffing can
result in longer length of stay, patient dissatisfaction, and more adverse events. The overall thing
that can reduce the quality of health and enhance the impact on the bottom line. Most of the
patient satisfied due to their caring pattern which is provided by nurses. It include the way by
which nurses communicate to patient and how effectively they handle the situation if the patient
being critical and manage time and provide proper medication as per time to time.
Challenges that are faced because of inadequate staffing
As per this organisation facing various challenges which due to inadequate staffing. The
organisation getting disturb to take 360 view of patient. As per this improving patient
experiences is always a form of challenging for healthcare industry. Patient demand is to quick
appointment and diagnose this help patient to know their disease complication. But many of
health care provider not even do their work as customer service. Second challenges which is

faced by healthcare management is lack of service, in which service is heart of the customer
experiences because if patient do not get the level of comfort due to service then they changes
their health care industry and go else where (Pierce and et. al., (2019). The administration staff
must be trained and equipped to provide and effectively coordinate in such a direction which
help to answer, or knowledge to help educate and provide care to patient. Also in number of
health care industry fail to access the data and information of patient while they came to take
treatment. The data of patient is being confidential for many or reason but when patient and
condition needs to access the data then without any delay it will be open and service are going
well. The caring and diagnose is directly proportional to each other. In which better caring is
because of discipline and adequate.
Strategies that can be formed in order to minimize the negative impact from inadequate staffing
As per inadequate staffing create number of complication. To reduce this access many
strategies by which this implication can decrease and minimize (Nurse Staffing and Patient Care
Quality and Safety, 2017). These are development of leadership, it is very essential and major
approach which is driven by organisation in context with to improve the quality of health. Leader
influence member to increase the effectiveness and efficiency. Apart from this the clinical
engagement of employee and nursing staff is necessary to know the role and responsibilities
regards with health. Organisational system based approaches to patient safety, promoting
integrated approaches to self management of long term conditions. This all are reflect the
staffing in adequate and productive way which help patient for effective services based on
medication and others (Riley and et. al., (2016). This help in design and planning, in which the
management is being able to formulate new strategies and new plan in such a way is productive
and efficient. The approached are being rational and saturated which have to implement new
plan that develop the core of effective caring and provide satisfaction to patient.
Objective analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the various studies
related to the problem
The major strength of above made analysis is about the adequate behaviour in nursing
clinic. This analysis help to understand that what are various factor which affect the service
caring factor. The main approach of nursing staff is to provide quality of health in healthcare
industry, the weakness are the confidentially of data and information is not realisable to store for
long time due to many circumstance due to inadequate staffing from the database management

team. The strategies are discussed to reduce the factor which affect the proper staffing and
caring.
Related literature is a summary of research material
The above discussion state that due to inappropriate manner of staffing leads to create
many complication in delivering the service to patient (Staggs, V. S. (2019). Overall this create
various factor which affect the quality of health and influence the health care industry and patient
will change their way and going somewhere else, they are interconnected with each other and
create loss factor with this. This is about the complication which is being arisen due to
inadequate staffing in heath care by nursing.
Potential impact of proposed study on wider community discussed
As per the proposed discussion the impact is arisen in community of healthcare. In heath
care adequate staffing is essential to eradicate factor which create complex situation due to
inappropriate staffing. The healthcare industry must know the circumstance and other factor
which deviate the caring of patient. So health care community must be aware from this and
provide quality of care to patient.
Appropriate summary of the main emphasis of the proposed study
In this the analysis tend to show various factor of staffing which create hurdle while
providing the care to patient. This is by nurses and other medical staff, they taking casual to
patient and this formulate careless behaviour from industry of healthcare for patient (The
importance of adequate staffing, 2018). This is not tolerable because the behaviour can create
number of complication in patient.
CONCLUSION
It can be summarized from above discussed aspect that clinical issues have to be
seriously by ensuring a timely review of the present workforce along with the future anticipated
workforce requirements. When there will be timely analysis of the haps then it is going to lead
towards a situation where there will be sufficient staffing levels in nursing professions.
