1ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE MANAGEMENTExecutive SummaryThe performance and the change is the main factor for the success and development of theorganization. There are various aspects, which results in the change in the organization andorganization change will have to be implemented from the upper level to the lower level of theorganization. There are lots of issues, which affect the production and operations of theorganization and that is the sole reason that change management and development is required tomitigate these issues. When it is seen that the intensity and the frequency of the issue areincreasing at a rapid rate then it can be considered that the change management and developmentis required to mitigate the competencies in the organization. This report is based on a case studyof B. R. Richardson Timber Products Corporation and it portrays the various issues in theorganization. Measures that has to be taken has been described in detail and if the organizationfollows the recommendation it will be able to resolve all the issues in the organization.

The organizationthat has been chosen for the report will require a change in the process and structure of theorganization. Therefore, due to the issues in the change management there is a need foramendment in the organizational structure and process. However, the internal and externalproblems can give rise to the problems in the change management process. In this current study,the problems in change management process are developed from the internal problems, whichare developed from the various incompetence and the structure of the organization. This reportwill deal with the case study of B. R. Richardson Timber Products Corporation where the issuesin the change management has been identified and analyzed to find out the suitable solution formanaging change(Doppelt, 2017).Issues in the organizationThe case study has been critically analyzed to identify the issues in change managementin the organization named B.
