RUNNING Head: Management of Risk5|P a g e Logistic channel- The logistic channel of Elemis products passes through the inbound logistic process such as purchasing raw material (Alpha hydroxy acids citric acid and lactic acid, Dead Seafood and other contents), manufacturing activities, quality control process, loading and then supplies chain schedules. The s Operations- The operation process includes packaging of skincare products and loading the goods in its transporting activities. Customers- It is the ending process in which all the goods purchased are sold to the client through various retails stores or online channel. The Elemis products are mostly sold through its online web channels (Uhl-Bien, 2016). The relation between the supplier and customers would be related to second-tier value chain activities. Elemis products would be manufactured in its own research and development department and then will be sold sell same to customers through the retails stores. However, with the strategic alliance with the retails stores, it has set up vertical integration to meet the client's needs and demand in a market either in domestic and international level (Zulaihah, 2017). Suggestions Elemis products should increase its market share by using vertical integration in the international market. The availability of the Elemis the skin care product is not effective. Therefore, in supply chain activities, a company should not proper computing system and strengthen its products sell by penetrating the market (Matthews and Wells, 2008).
