Supply chain management is defining as the
management of flow of goods and service along
with the all processes which has been associated
with transform of raw material into final goods.
This is concerned with the streamlining of supply
chain activities in order to enhance the customer
value and to gain competitive advantage with
market place for growth and longer sustainability.
The below report is based on national health service
(NHS) which is the publicly funded healthcare
system in UK and Nuffield health which is the
largest health care charity of UK that is founded in
1957 and operates 31 hospitals along with 111
health fitness and well-being gym. This is report is
consisting of analysis of company's supply chain to
meet the objectives of sustainable development
goals and initiatives.
Supply chain is the system which is used by the
organisation to deliver its products and service to the
final consumers so that they can meet their desire
results. In this NHS is the health care organisation
which is providing free health service to the people that
are not having ability to pay. The main purpose to
improve overall health system in UK, for this, it has
been providing these service with help of large number
of hospitals and with 2,165,043 staff. Along with this
supply chain manages the sourcing, delivery and
supply of health care products and food for NHS trust
and health care organisations. On the other side,
nuffield health is one of the leading health organisation
in UK. Which has been provides access to the
thousands of health experts. This has been using unique
approach of fitness along with wellbeing through 31
hospitals, 77 gyms along 212 corporate fitness and
well-being centres they are considered as the supply
chain of Nuffield in which it is providing
comprehensive and interconnected services in wide
range from health assessment, diagnostics and hospital
processes to physiotherapy, personal training and
nutritional therapy.
As per the view point of ashley avenue, 2019,
Nuffield health is the non-profit health organisation
in UK which has been providing unique and
integrated approach to healthcare with the main
focus on fitness, prevention and cure so that
sustainable goal of good health and wellbeing can be
fulfilled in an effective manner. This has been
providing the clinical, fitness and wellbeing service
to the general public through 31 hospitals and 112
fitness and wellbeing centre. This has been operating
with the approach of improving health in UK that
will offering the quality of care and satisfaction to
the thousands of people.

For the meeting the sustainable gaol for good
health and wellbeing, for this NHS believe that
there should be staff that are well at work to
deliver effective and quality of care for patients so
for this it has been develops leadership, structure
and culture for improving staff health and
wellbeing. Nuffield has been also taken the various
the steps for the mental health and engagement of
staff so that they can deliver and supply better
services to the general people. In this it has been
also includes diversity and inclusion for better
motivation and productivity which leads to
effective supply chain management.
As per the above discussion it has been measure
that both the organisation has been adequate
strategies and approaches which has been helping
them into delivering their sustainable gaol with
support of supply chain management. But there is
recommendation which has been addressed both
healthcare organisation can also induce health care
campaign for the better awareness and supply of
their services on the regular period of time.
As per the above it has been analysed that supply chain is
vital for delivering products and service to the final along
with the fulfilment of the sustainable goals set the by the
organisation for the betterment of society.
