proposal is Telstra Corporation Limited. This research proposal aims to discuss the process of

organization. This proposal aims to focus for identifying the opportunities linked with the
information system of Telstra. Contrary to this, this research proposal also purposes to focus on

SCM or supply chain management system is referred to as a bunch of solutions of

systems involves various kinds of functionalities like that of handling of materials along with
software for all the parties who are involved in the process of the creation of the service or
the product, fulfillment of every single order.
These kinds of system also involves tracking of every single detailed information like
that of the details of the manufacturers, retailers, suppliers, wholesalers, all the providers of
logistics along with the transportation. Various activities of SCM system comprises of
procurement of the raw materials along with the management of the lifecycle of the products
or services in a successful manner (Touboulic and Walker 2015). It involves the planning of
the supply chain which further involves the planning of inventory and the maintenance of the
lines of production as well as assets of the enterprises. It involves logistics which indicates
towards fleet management and transportation as well.
The SCM also associates itself with several kinds of activities covering up the global
trade. This further involves the management of the several global suppliers along with
various types of multinational procedures of production.
