For individual person it can be young age or children anyone there is requirement of
proper Communication skills, language as well as literacy. Because things are getting chance
at wide level and business environment is getting more competitive. Thus, in this situation it
is necessary to learn all these things for taking better place within competitive area. Apart
from this, at professional level also learning of these things provide better advantages. Thus,
there are several methods through which these all gained by individual explanation of these
are as follows :-
For developing communication skills it is important for individual to take classes,
read books, magazines articles a well as learn from successful communicators around them.
Along with this, it is necessary to use simple and straightforward language as well as have to
draw listening and reading within conversation. Studies show that 65% of all communication
is non-verbal. Watch for visual signs that your listener understands, agrees or disagrees with

your body is sending signals, too. Along with this, it is necessary to develop listening skills
too because the best communicators are almost always the best listeners. Listen without
judgment and don’t be distracted by thinking about what you want to say next. Then,
respond, not react. Along with this, for developing communication skills individual have to
involve in group discussion, gives presentation, attend seminar and several activities
individual can do for developing their communications skills.
Apart from this, for learning languages there is several sources join classes within that
language courses are conducted. Along with this, there are several seminars which take place
on language session which they have to join because in that several things related to language
taken place. Apart from this, reading different languages books in also one of the best source
for learning languages. But it is necessary to do such activities on daily basis because gap
within things may not give effective results. Thus, will the assistance of such practices an
individual can learn other languages also give them more advantages in taking better future
opportunities.
For literal also there are several sources sae as communication and languages have. So
for developing literacy it is necessary to join educational institutions because without joining

these it will not possible to learn things in effective manner. Along with this, individual have
to attend seminars and conferences on that particular topic so that better outcomes on literacy
take place. So through such practices individual can develop their communication skills, learn
language as well as literacy which will help them in taking better future advantages in life.
