Thus, there are several methods through which these all gained by individual explanation of these are as follows :- For developing communication skills it is important for individual to take classes, read books, magazines articles a well as learn from successful communicators around them. Along with this, it is necessary to use simple and straightforward language as well as have to draw listening and reading within conversation.Studies show that 65% of all communication is non-verbal. Watch for visual signs that your listener understands, agrees or disagrees with your message (Tips for Improving Your Communications Skills, 2019). And be aware that your body is sending signals, too. Along with this, it is necessary to develop listening skills too because the best communicators are almost always the best listeners. Listen without judgment and don’t be distracted by thinking about what you want to say next. Then, respond, not react. Along with this, for developing communication skills individual have to involveingroupdiscussion,givespresentation,attendseminarandseveralactivities individual can do for developing their communications skills. Apart from this, for learning languages there is several sources join classes within that language courses are conducted. Along with this, there are several seminars which take place on language session which they have to join because in that several things related to language taken place. Apart from this, reading different languages books in also one of the best source for learning languages. But it is necessary to do such activities on daily basis because gap within things may not give effective results. Thus, will the assistance of such practices an individual can learn other languages also give them more advantages in taking better future opportunities.
