Residential care home: Residential care worker as a non-direct worker in the social care

care home furnish appropriate social and health care services as non-direct care worker in the

Winter,2013). They help to create a positive and healthy climate at office and home in respect to
make people happy, safe and social aware who live at the home in the society. They
communicate them to all social essential activities which is going on in the society effectively.
They also provide effective services in order at resident and office for a person as a personal care
taker in context of fulfillment of effective services within the home. They also play role in order
to furnish cleaning services, gardening services and security staff in the society which will help
them to live free from their social responsibilities in the society.
Nursing home: Nursing home provide several medicare services at the home to clients in
effective manner. They provide sophisticated and hygiene medical care services in order to make
them healthy in the society in effective manner. Nurses ensures that their patients are living
healthy and taking proper treatment according to physician suggestion. They protect health care
services in the society to make health people of their nearby (Kröger and Yeandle, eds., 2013).
Nurses persona duties towards the patients are bathing them, coming their hair, changing cloths,
