INTRODUCTION
In this documentation, we will discuss about to various kinds of non-direct social care
worker in the society which is giving several kinds of services in the society in effective manner.
They must need to learn several interpersonal skills in order to better communicate with their
clients in the setting in effective manner. Moreover, we will discuss about importance of
management in development of non-direct care workers in the society.
TASK 1
P.1. Identify roles of non-direct care worker
Residential care home: Residential care worker as a non-direct worker in the social care
setting furnish security and proper social care services at the home as office as well. Residential
care home furnish appropriate social and health care services as non-direct care worker in the
society by fulfilling all social needs of client in effective manner (Munn-Giddings and
Winter,2013). They help to create a positive and healthy climate at office and home in respect to
make people happy, safe and social aware who live at the home in the society. They
communicate them to all social essential activities which is going on in the society effectively.
They also provide effective services in order at resident and office for a person as a personal care
taker in context of fulfillment of effective services within the home. They also play role in order
to furnish cleaning services, gardening services and security staff in the society which will help
them to live free from their social responsibilities in the society.
Nursing home: Nursing home provide several medicare services at the home to clients in
effective manner. They provide sophisticated and hygiene medical care services in order to make
them healthy in the society in effective manner. Nurses ensures that their patients are living
healthy and taking proper treatment according to physician suggestion. They protect health care
services in the society to make health people of their nearby (Kröger and Yeandle, eds., 2013).
Nurses persona duties towards the patients are bathing them, coming their hair, changing cloths,
shaving and eating them etc. these all role must be completed by nursing home at the workplace
in order to furnish effective services to their clients.

Interpersonal skills required for non-direct care worker:
Residential care home worker need to effective communication skill in order to make
efficient conversation with their clients and social care professionals in the settings.
