Introduction
When the basic conception of any language is concerned ,
the word 'individual' itself shows a feeling of difference.
Thus, the individuals react, behave and act differently for
several situations in their lives. Yet, there are some
ordinary conditions that is faced by each and every
individual in their life periods like bereavement.

Effectiveness of organisational
procedures and policies
There are numerous of health care organisations that provide full
assistance to the sufferers and their families. Each and every firm
consist of own operations and plan of actions for dealing with
people who are suffering severe diseases like dementia.

How others in social networks
could provide support to
individuals
Apart from families, health workers or professionals and
friend circles, other people may also assist an individual
who are facing or experiencing such a dangerous life
situations and support them for leading an ordinary or
normal life. A patient like Jacqui should be provided
adequate support from others also so that she can recover
easily.

Suitability of external sources of support
As stated above other people or external sources could support
effectively to those patients who are suffering from Alzheimer’s
disease. Life events of such individuals get totally complicated as
they lost their consciousness.

Conclusion
From the above based report, it can be concluded that there are
numerous of people in this world who are suffering from
various types of diseases. These section of people ned proper
attention and care. In this present report, case of Jacqui has
been described who is facing a disease named as Alzheimer.
In this situation, she is being in a critical condition where in
she is losing her sense of mind or memory.
