INTRODUCTION
In all the sustainable areas and responsible management it is important to maintain the
concepts regarding the tourism and all the hospitality areas in sectors. Some sustainable level and
responsible management is lead to that management system of an organisation so that they can procure

application of various practices like social, cultural, environmental, personal life by managing in an

beneficial for tourism and hospitality. This makes a better place people to live and attract large group of
visitors. This report will include the understanding of sustainable and responsive management tourism so
that they can increase their customer base towards the tourism and hospitality company and the various
destination increased their market share. TUI is the chosen organisation for this report, it is the leading
multinational travel and tourism company in Anglo- German. There operating all the travelling
agencies, airlines, ships and hotels.

The main aim in this report is to evaluate all the important concepts that are being
responsible for the sustainable management and in regard to the hospitality and tourism company
for analysing the methods which helps out to identify the issues and also to know the
environmental and social cultural impact a case study on TUI.
