IntroductionSustainable tourism meaning traveling to a place as a tourist and having a positive impacton that location, impacts like on the economy, environment and society. Traveling to anylocation with a business purpose or leisure or VFR (visiting friends and relatives) purpose is apart of sustainable development. Tourism helps the locals to grow and improves the economy ofthe country.Corsica is in France which is an island in the sea Mediterranean, it comes under the 18regions of France. This island is made up of mountains which is covering two-third of the island.In terms of the economy of this country the tourism plays an important role. The three factorsthis island has which attracts tourism are the mountains, climate and coastline. Task 11.1 How different stakeholders would benefit from tourism development.The different stakeholders in tourism development are employees, local residents,business associations, competitors, government, media, local companies, tourism developers.The major role is played by the government of the island. The planning of tourism is planned at anational level. Corsica government not just improves the infrastructure and develop the countrybut also promotes the country locally and internationally for tourism and assures the tourist forthere security and safety (Poudel, S., Nyaupane, G.P. and Budruk, M., 2016). The local people who may resist tourism in there country so involving them was the basicnecessity. The local people of Corsica are so welcoming and soft spoken with lot of knowledgeabout there cities that the visitors are very happy and satisfied with that. The local people ofCorsica also have a say in the decision making related to the tourism of the country.The most important stakeholders are the tourists or the travelers because they visit theattractions, destinations and sites of the cities which helps the tourism and the country grow. Thetourists will spread a word of mouth or by social media networks if there experience in the city isgoing to be good and that will get in more tourism. To keep them having a good stay in the cities

of Corsica the locals and the government play an important role if they want there counties togrow. People like to tour and visit new places so tourism can even lead to employment and getin professionalism. In a country like Corsica which is dependent on tourism that means they havelot of tourists coming in and to entertain them properly the restaurants, buses, trains, etc need tohave more employees to make the visitors have a pleasant and comfortable stay in Corsica. Thereis not many issues of employment in the city (Muresan, I and et.al., 2016).1.2 The advantages and disadvantages of public-private sector partnerships in tourism planning.Advantages-To reduce the expenditure in management risk there must be appropriate projects need tobe allocated, projects of PPP.The time consumption on projects does not occur and the infrastructure is done on timewhich is very beneficial for the company.The private partners keep a check on the governments fake promises and expectations.Private sector makes sure that the feasibility by the government on projects is appraisedearlier.The private sector allows the government funds to be given to the social and economicalareas of the city.For lower taxes public and private partners can lead in reducing cost.Disadvantages-There is a risk for the private partners in public-private partnership. The cost of thegovernment can increase.The services and infrastructure that the PPP are providing can be more expensive.The agreement that the PPP have on their projects are complicated, long term andinflexible in nature. These factors can influence the future activities.The procedure in longer in this process of the project and are most costly when itscompared with the traditional processes.The PPP projects should have short focus on short team goals and aims. The PPP focus should beon the profit of the people by working on the social welfare (Lee, T.H. and Hsieh, H.P., 2016).There are few tools which are taken by the private sector of Corsica to help the governmentsector which are structure a sustainable project, PPP framework has to be improved and
